Please read this Cancellation & Refunds Policy carefully before purchasing the 12 Smart Stocks Scanners PDF. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Financial Advice Disclaimer (Reiterated)
Our scanners do not provide any financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guarantees. They are purely technical tools that generate scans based on predefined conditions (e.g., 52‑week highs, Golden Crossover, candlestick patterns). Any trading or investment decision you make using our scanners is solely your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
2. Digital Product – No Cancellation After Delivery
The 12 Smart Stocks Scanners PDF is a digital, non‑returnable, instantly downloadable product. Once you make the payment and receive the PDF file (containing all 12 scanner details and URL links), the transaction is considered complete and final.
Therefore:
No order cancellation is possible after the PDF has been emailed to you.
You may request to cancel the order only if payment has been made but the PDF has not yet been sent. In that rare case, contact us immediately at access.comp@gmail.com.
3. No Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional situations:
Duplicate Payment – You accidentally paid twice for the same product. We will refund the extra amount after verification.
Non‑Delivery – You did not receive the PDF within 24 hours of payment despite successful transaction, and our support cannot resolve delivery.
Technical Error – The PDF file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working copy.
Not eligible for refund:
You changed your mind after receiving the scanners.
You found similar free scanners elsewhere.
The scanners did not generate profitable trades (since we do not provide financial advice).
You are unable to understand or use the scanner links (we provide clear instructions in the PDF).
4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3 above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us for a resolution, we reserve the right to dispute it with proof of delivery. You may also be permanently blocked from accessing our products and support.
